Greek tradition links the death of regent Pausanias of Sparta with ghosts. In this paper, we focus on the well-known episode that revolves around Pausanias himself and a Byzantine maiden and is transmitted by Aristodemus, Plutarch and Pausanias Periegetes. The multiplicity of versions demands a comparative analysis, which we carry out taking into account the three spaces where the narrative action takes place (civic, intimate and ritual spaces). Results indicate a concordance between Plutarch and Pausanias Periegetes, as well as a dissonance between them and Aristodemus. La autoría fantasma constituye un fenómeno en virtud del cual el verdadero creador de una obra trasmite a otro sujeto los derechos morales (en especial, el derecho de paternidad) y los derechos de explotación que tiene sobre la misma, comprometiéndose además a no revelar su identidad como auténtico autor de la obra. En este trabajo se analizará la figura del autor fantasma, las obligaciones que se generarán como consecuencia del acuerdo suscrito entre ambas partes y la posible eficacia de dicho contrato.

This article aims to analyse critically the so-called “new realism” and to evaluate its pedagogical and educational consequences. By examining the objections made by this philosophy to the postmodernist culture, the author agrees on some aspects of its theory of knowledge. On the other hand, the article highlights the lack of adequate anthropology and possible consequences of the “new realism” on educational thought and practice. The proposal of an ontology of the person wellestablished in the tradition of phenomenological realism is seen as dialectics of the “new realism”.

Si prova così, accogliendo alcune riflessioni della scrittrice, a ricostruire una storia di intelligenza compositiva, a sciogliere la sintassi dei sentimenti che solo le movenze della scrittura possono svelare.
